Are you ready to look closely at yourself? We all go through stages where we know or feel we are ready to grow and this growth can include the body as well as the mind. Often shifting to a healthier mind supports a healthier body which is why this course combines both elements - body and mind.

About the Event

This women's program is 8 weeks with weekly meetings from 6pm to 9pm.  Each week you will learn from experts in the field of nutrition and fitness, personal growth and wellness.

The group size is limited to 12 to 15 participants in order to facilite appropriate social distancing protocols.  In the event that gathering is no longer an option, the course will be offered virtually.
