About the Event

This women's program is 8 weeks with weekly meetings from 6pm to 9pm.  Each week you will learn from experts in the field of nutrition and fitness, personal growth and wellness.

The group size is limited to 12 to 15 participants in order to facilite appropriate social distancing protocols.  In the event that gathering is no longer an option, the course will be offered virtually.
